Conscious Kenya was started in 2018 from the realization that Kenya’s wellness community was scattered, and that a platform for wellness practitioners where conversations on struggles with addiction, depression, and holistic product vendors can come together and share their experiences and products was lacking, despite the fact that it is desperately needed. We have a variety of trained counselors available for online and in-person sessions 24 hours a day, seven days a week.The other reason for starting Conscious Kenya (CK) is how alcohol and drug abuse continue to be a huge impediment to the country’s socioeconomic progress
